2024, Election is coming up, and in today’s election money has become an important issue. Recently, Election Commission of India published the list in which the amount each party has received through donors have been disclosed. Now, Supreme Court had pulled SBI that delaying in disclosing the name is ‘Unacceptable’. it has been noted that notable industrialists had filed PIL in Supreme Court to not disclose alphanumeric and serial numbers of redeemed bonds. However, Supreme Court had not entertained any PILs.
