On Thursday night, 21st March Delhi CM, Arvind Kejriwal has been arrested in a excise policy case. on Thursday evening, Enforcement Directorate (ED) questioned him regarding excise policy case and 4-5 phones and two tablets have been seized by ED from his residence.
The incidence happened when Delhi High court denied any interim protection to him from arrest in connection with liquor scam case.
After the incidence, Atishi who is a AAP leader came infront of media and said that yes, we got the news of arrest of CM Kejriwal, and its a black day of democracy and a conspiracy by BJP government and PM Modi. Atishi also ensured that Kejriwal will remain CM of Delhi and he will continue his administration from Jail. She also said that the party had filed petition in Supreme Court and they are expecting positive news soon.
