Akash Anand, who is considered as political heir of Bahujan Samaj Party leader supreme Mayawati. Akash is a nephew of Mayawati, and MBA graduate from London. When Akash came to politics, most of the people were sceptical about Akash presence in BSP, because people had assumed that a foreign graduate will never understand the ground reality of the country. He had also faced criticism over dynast political child.
After his debut in politics, Akash started doing rallies, in his rally he started speaking on multiple issues, which grabbed the attention of media. Akash started attacking current ruling political party BJP and also opposition party Congress. He said these political parties will never care for Bahujans (marginallised). He attacked Modi government for ration system, Agni veer scheme, employment, poverty, casteism. He emphasized on voting rights for the people, and asked people to vote for change and vote for Bahujans.
The future will tell, weather he will be a new face for Bahujan politics or not.
