BJP Pledges Corruption Probe in Telangana: Supreme Court-Led Panel to Investigate Allegations Against KCR’s Government

The BJP has committed to establishing a panel, headed by a retired Supreme Court justice, to probe the purported corruption within the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) government, headed by Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), as outlined in its election manifesto for the Telangana Legislative Assembly elections. Home Minister Amit Shah, while campaigning in Telangana last Saturday, alleged that KCR has transformed Telangana into a hub of corruption and asserted that the state is grappling with substantial economic debt due to his ineffective policies.

This time, the CM will be from the BJP

The Home Minister, while mocking the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), said, “We know that you (mean KCR) want to make KTR the Chief Minister of the state, but neither KCR nor KTR will become the Chief Minister this time. This time, the Chief Minister will be from the BJP.”

In Owaisi’s hands, KCR’s party’s car steering—Home Minister

Addressing the people, he said, “The election symbol of KCR’s party is a car. That car goes up to Bhadrachalam, but it does not go to the Ram Temple because the steering of that car is in Owaisi’s hands.”
