Supreme Court had delivered its judgement on abrogation of article 370. In the eyes of jurist, the centre had not harmed the constitution of India and by following due process of law the decision has been taken. Gulab Nabi Azad, who was a former Chief Minister of J&K had termed the verdict as “sad and unfortunate, but we have to accept it”. The petitioner had argued in the court that before abrogation the legislative assembly of the state was not consulted.
