Danish Ali, the Lok Sabha Member of Parliament, who previously encountered verbal abuse from a BJP leader on the parliamentary floor a few months ago, has recently faced suspension from the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) under the leadership of Mayawati. The grounds for his expulsion primarily point to “anti-party activity” as the chief reason for this disciplinary measure.
Following objectionable remarks made by BJP MP Ramesh Bidhuri against Danish Ali within the parliamentary precincts, Ali initiated discussions with several prominent leaders from the Opposition. Additionally, he organized a lone protest outside Parliament on Friday, advocating for justice for Trinamool Congress leader Mahua Moitra, who herself faced expulsion from the Lok Sabha.
